- transaction support for “AGRO-Invest” Managing Company, www.agroinvest.com, to acquire rights to agricultural lands in Kursk region, more than 100,000 ha;
- investment activity support of “Agrocultura”’s Company, www.alpcotagro.com, in Kursk region, more than 80`000 ha;
- investment activity support of the Finnish company «Myllyn Paras», www.myllynparas.fn, in Kursk region;
- legal protection of plant breeders` rights (Saaten Union) – royalties (license fees) recovered through the courts to the benefit of plant breeders;
- controversies with customs and tax authorities when forming the charter capital of companies with foreign investments, VAT compensation during export/import transactions, customs clearance;
- litigations concerned with specific activity issues of agrarian companies: loss compensation when supplying the breeding cattle, grain storage and processing, harvest failure, etc.
